An excellent way to build leadership skills and self confidence, Leadership Classes are designed to build a student's skills through role play and teaching methods. Students learn how to assist in classes and lead warm-ups.
Club members also learn the nine essential traits of a successful leader and how to relate to people older and younger than themselves.

As they become adults, students can go on to become fully trained instructors

The staff at Karpiuk's Taekwondo Academies work hard at developing the next generation of leaders. Through the experience, training and discipline gained as part of their development in the leadership classes, students gain the ability and confidence to excel.
