CUSTOM MOUTH GUARDS
Your mouth guard is an essential part of
your protective gear. Besides directly protecting your teeth,
well fitted mouth guards have been shown to reduce forces
that may cause concussions, injuries to the lower jaw and
other severe trauma. A properly fabricated mouth guard must
be comfortable and not impede breathing. It also needs to
be accurately fitted to the individual’s mouth so
it does not dislodge upon impact.
In order to increase safety to our students,
Dr. Ratkay is offering to supply custom made Pro-Form laminated
mouth guards at cost for those interested. These sport mouth
guards provide superior fit and protection. They come in
a variety of colors with the WTTU logo in front and marked
by the individual’s name. There is a sample mouth
guard to view at the front desk at FHBBA. If you have further
questions and/or interested in having a sports guard made,
please contact Dr. Ratkay’s dental office at 604-888-6885.

REGIONAL TOURNAMENT
MARYSVILLE WASHINGTON
Saturday September 27th
We will be working hard to prepare everyone
for competition on . Special Guest will be 7th Degree Black
Belt Sr. Master Cho!
This is the first tournament of the season
so everyone should take advantage of this close tournament
(2 hours away).
Registration is due by SEPTEMBER 27TH.
SCHOOL P.E. PROGRAM
- 2008
Our instructors will come to your school
and be the guest teacher for your P.E. class. Here's how
to make this happen:
- Ask a staff member for a registration
form
- Have your teacher fill it out
- Bring the form back to the school.
- We will contact your teacher and set
up the class.
And of course, you the student, will get
to wear your uniform and assist us in the class!

PROGRAM
Please help build a strong Black Belt Academy
by referring your family and friends to our Academy. The
Best Students in martial arts have a training partner they
can be accountable to.
Families that refer new members can car-pool
together as well. When you refer someone to the Academy
you show martial arts honour by sharing your experience
